What the Prayer & Testimony Line keeps, who sees it, and how to get it deleted.
Who runs this
The Prayer & Testimony Line is run by Monolith3, a studio in Orange, California. "We" and "us" means Monolith3. "Your church" means the church that signs up. A "caller" is anyone who calls or texts a church's line.
Your church decides what happens to what its callers leave. We hold it and handle it on your church's behalf, and only to run the line.
What callers leave
When someone calls a church's line, the call is recorded. We keep the recording, the number it came from, when it came in, and whether the caller pressed 1 to let the church share it or 2 to keep it private. When someone texts, we keep the text and the number.
A few minutes after a call, it's written out. The line then sorts it as a prayer request, a testimony or both, writes a one-line summary, and checks it for signs the caller may be in danger.
Who sees it
The people your church adds to its team. Each signs in with their own email and a 6-digit code we email them. Nothing a caller leaves goes on a public page, and search engines never see it.
Each person on the team can get a morning email listing what came in, daily or weekly, or turn it off. If a call looks like the caller may be in danger, your church's Crisis contact gets an email right away.
Our support staff open a church's calls only when your church asks us to help, or when something is broken and we need to fix it.
What we keep about churches
When your church signs up, we keep the church name, how to say it, the area code, the timezone, your team's emails, and which one is the Crisis contact. Payment goes through Stripe. Stripe holds your card. We see the subscription, the email on it, and the card's brand, last 4 digits and expiry, never the full number. Stripe's checkout page names Monolith3 as the business.
Who handles it for us
- Stripe takes payments.
- Plivo carries the calls and texts and supplies the phone numbers. Once we've stored a recording, we delete Plivo's copy.
- Cloudflare runs the line, the Inbox and this site, and stores the recordings and write-ups.
- Google Workspace sends our email, through a small Google Apps Script on our account. Replies come to us.
- Cloudflare Workers AI writes out the calls, and Anthropic's Claude sorts and summarizes them and checks for a possible crisis.
They handle it for us and nothing else. We don't sell any of it, and we don't share it for ads.
How long we keep it
While your church is subscribed, everything stays in your Inbox. Anyone on the team can export any month as a ZIP at any time.
If your church cancels, your team gets 30 days to read, listen and export everything. Within a few days after that, we delete it all and the number goes back.
This site
prayertestimony.com doesn't set cookies or run ad trackers. If we count visits, it's with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and doesn't follow you to other sites.
The Inbox, where church teams sign in, sets one cookie, __Host-session, to keep you signed in. Signing out removes it.
Your choices
Want a call deleted, or a copy of what we hold about you or your church? Email hello@prayertestimony.com and we'll do it within 30 days. If you called a church's line, you can also ask that church.
